Meet Darla Morello, a creative soul with a passion for turning blooms into art. Darla's floral journey began in her childhood, as she spent countless hours arranging flowers beside her mother. Although she initially pursued a path in graphic design, she found it too confining for her blossoming creativity. Her true calling unfolded when she joined a faux flower boutique outside Boston, where she discovered a love for crafting faux floral decor, arrangements, and wreaths. Darla's talent didn't stop there – she extended her skills to creating fresh arrangements for various events, ranging from intimate family gatherings to weddings. In pursuit of further artistic expression, Darla delved into photography at RISD (Rhode Island School of Design) from 2016 to 2019. Alongside photography, she learned the art of Photoshop, allowing her to seamlessly merge her love for flowers with digital creativity. This led to the birth of her unique digital florals, where she transforms photographs of flowers into stunning arrangements through the magic of Photoshop. Adding a touch of professionalism to her passion, Darla earned a flower arranging certification in Boston in 2017. Her commitment to staying on the cutting edge is evident in her keen interest in color trends, fashion, and interior design – constant sources of inspiration that fuel her imaginative floral creations.
